The TERTIARY AUDITION PREP MASTERCLASS is back for 2020!
​
Our Australian Performing Arts courses commence intake auditions as early as July each year, meaning students should have already begun the search for the perfect audition material. We know this can be a daunting task and it is difficult to know how and what to prepare by yourself.
​
Helmed by the ROCKIT Team, this interactive workshop is designed to assist students in Grade 11, 12 and beyond in selecting which courses to audition for and therefore the right songs and monologues to present.
Students will participate in group sessions, working through the 2020 Australian Musical Theatre Audition handbook, one private vocal lesson, one private acting lesson, and an individual performance workshop. There will also be plenty of time for questions and team discussion surrounding preparing your material as well as the audition process. This masterclass is all about you and your artistic tertiary path.

Due to the nature of this masterclass, participants will need to be available for all dates listed below. During the week following the first session, students will have tasks to complete and material to familiarise themselves with before attending the second session.

TIME: 1:00pm-5:00pm
(One-on-one vocal and acting sessions will be scheduled in the
morning so be prepared to be available from 9am.)
