What else do I need to know?

•  WHAT IS ZOOM?  •

 

We will be holding a range of live classes and rehearsals through ZOOM, a video conference call platform. ZOOM has been helping schools, businesses, and other community groups across the globe throughout the pandemic with great success. You don't need to make an account (Unless you are a private Vocal Lesson student) although this is certainly beneficial. Your scheduled 'meeting' codes and passwords can be found above and these group video chats will go live at the scheduled time. As mentioned, you do not need an account to join, just the codes we provide. 

 

To download the app for a Mac or Windows Computer, head to the link below and select the first option "Zoom for Client Meetings" and proceed with installation from there.

We take student safety very seriously at ROCKIT, and strive to keep up-to-date with current requirements, legislation, and student safety practises. As we move into a digital platform, it's important we update our policies and procedures to match the current environment. With this in mind, we have developed a Remote Learning Plan and Online Safeguarding Strategy for teachers, parents, and students.
