We offer both Adult Dance Classes and a dedicated Parents Dance Class, designed for all experience levels in a fun, supportive, and community-focused environment. Whether you’re returning to dance after years away, trying something new, or looking for a creative outlet alongside other parents and adults, these classes focus on confidence, fitness, creativity, and enjoyment.

Parents & Friends Dance
(Beginners Encouraged)
A fun and welcoming class for parents and carers to move, connect, and enjoy dance in a relaxed, supportive environment. Perfect for all experience levels, with upbeat music and easy-to-follow choreography.
Alumni & Friends Ballet Tech
(Intermediate+)
Develop strong technical foundations through classical ballet training, focusing on posture, strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistry.
Alumni & Friends MTC
(Intermediate+)
Learn Broadway-inspired choreography while building performance skills, stage presence, musicality, and storytelling through movement.
