At ROCKIT Productions, the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of every child and young person is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive and child-safe environment where every child feels respected, supported and encouraged to thrive.

We have zero tolerance for child abuse, neglect, grooming or any behaviour that places a child at risk. Child safety is embedded in everything we do, from the way we recruit and train our team, to the way we design our programs, manage our environments, and respond to concerns.

We value the voices of children and young people and are committed to ensuring they are heard, taken seriously and supported to participate in decisions that affect them. We work in partnership with families and celebrate diversity, recognising that every child has the right to feel safe, included, respected and able to participate with confidence.

We are committed to promoting and upholding the cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people. We respect and value their cultures, identities, connections to family, community and Country, and are committed to creating environments where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children feel culturally safe, respected, valued and included.

Everyone at ROCKIT Productions shares responsibility for protecting children and upholding our commitment to providing a safe, positive and empowering place to learn, create and perform.
